The short version

• We collect what you type on a waitlist form, and we keep email you send us. We do not run a DB Race Central application, a Torix Account, or stored feedback posts.
• This website does not hold Atlas sessions or roster details such as weight.
• Nothing typed on a feedback board is stored or published.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Write to us to see, correct, or delete your data.
• This notice is waiting on legal review.

What we collect

When you join a waitlist

Your name, your email, the product you chose, and the answers on that form: what you paddle and the role you chose for Atlas, or your role, how many crews you organize, and an optional club name for dragonboatOS. Optional accessibility and set-up notes are stored only if you enter them. We record that you consented to be contacted about that waitlist. The page you submitted from is stored. Campaign values in the URL are stored only when they are present and within the size limit. A second submit for the same email and product keeps the first row and does not change those answers.

DB Race Central invitations

There is no application form. Invitations are by word of mouth. If you organize an event, write to us from the contact page and the message stays in the inbox. We do not store an application.

When you create a Torix Account

The account form asks for a name, an email, and a password of 8 or more characters. Nothing you type there is saved. There is no account on file, and the password is never read.

When you use a product

This website does not collect Atlas session data or dragonboatOS roster details. Those products are not storing data here.

When you use the feedback boards

The boards are on this site, and every visitor is signed out. A click that would vote, comment, follow, or submit sends you to the account page and writes nothing. Preferences you would save are not sent anywhere.

When you write to us

Email you send to the contact inbox is kept in that inbox, including the category you chose as the subject. The contact form on this site opens your email app. It does not store the message.

How we use it

• To keep the waitlist you joined and to read the email you send us.
• To understand interest in Atlas and dragonboatOS from the answers on the waitlist.
• There is no automated confirmation, start link, or unsubscribe email. We may contact you by hand about the waitlist you joined, using the address you gave.
• We do not moderate stored board posts, because the boards do not store posts.

Who can see it

Torix can see waitlist rows in the database that holds them. Email you send us stays in the contact inbox.

No one can see Atlas sessions or crew rosters through this website, because this website does not hold them.

No one can read a feedback post, a vote, a follow, or an email address from the boards, because those are not stored.

Torix staff do not have a queue of stored posts. The moderation page is not a record of anything you sent.

Who we share it with

Neon stores waitlist rows. Vercel hosts the site. They handle that data to provide those services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not use an email-delivery service or a sign-in provider.

Keeping and deleting

Waitlist details are kept until you ask us to delete them. There is no self-serve delete button yet. There is no beta application to keep, and account and product data are not stored on this website. Write to us and we will delete the waitlist row for the email and product you name.

Your choices

• The update preferences page is where email choices will be set. Those choices are not emailed, and nothing is saved unless an account exists. None does.
• To leave a waitlist, write to us. There is no unsubscribe link in an automated email, because we do not send one.
• There is no DB Race Central application to withdraw. Invitations are by word of mouth.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete your data by writing to torixtechofficial@gmail.com.

Young paddlers

If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before you send us your name or email. This website does not add juniors to a roster.
